This document contains a manuscript by Schafik Jorge Hándal, Secretary General of the Communist Party of El Salvador, Commander of the Armed Forces of Liberation and member of the General Command of the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN), in which he drafts the reforms to the Constitution of El Salvador, during the period of negotiations and the signing of the Peace Accords, 1991-1992, El Salvador.
