This article is a digital reproduction of a document preserved in the Casa Museo Schafik Hándal in San Salvador, El Salvador. The document contains the testimony of the notarial declaration deed of the Architect Joaquín Antonio Aguilar Merino, signed on August 3, 1981 in the Federal District of Mexico, in which it was stated that the “Euralas” Art Gallery is property of the Architect. Joaquín Antonio Aguilar Merino and not Antonio Ábdala Hándal Hándal (brother of Schafik Hándal).

El documento contiene el testimonio de la escritura de declaración notarial del Arquitecto Joaquín Antonio Aguilar Merino, firmada el 3 de agosto de 1981 en el Distrito Federal de México, en el que se hacía constar que la Galería de Arte “Euralas” es propiedad del Arq. Joaquín Antonio Aguilar Merino y no de Antonio Ábdala Hándal Hándal (hermano de Schafik Hándal).
