The images are a digital reproduction of a handwritten letter and accompanying translation donated by Kathy Sa'ade Kenny. In this letter Jurgie Yacoub Sa'ade (Katrina Sa'ade's cousin) writes on behalf of a group of dignitaries and family members in Bethlehem to Katrina Sa'ade in California. George recounts that those present at the meeting, including Katrina Sa'ade's husband Suleiman Farhat, her sister Na'ame and her husband Anton Karra'a and the Mukhtar (local government dignitary) of Ramallah implore Katrina to move back to Palestine with their children Mary and Fred.
